SHIPPING POLICY
  • We ship worldwide.
  • Free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 500.
  • Dispatched within 4-5 business days.
  • Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 4 days.
  • No Return & Refund, Only Exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not allow for the cancellation of orders placed. We request you to shop with indulgence and patience so that the item you purchase is something you absolutely love.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.
We do not accept the exchange of a product for reasons like:
  • Not liking the color
  • Not like the Design/Material
  • Or simply a change of mind
  • Items bought on sale/discount cannot be exchanged.
  • Products which are customized, as per the instructions of the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please email us at hellopriyadarshiniindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Order number
Delivery address
Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item as soon as the packaging has been opened.

We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over after 48 hours of delivery. Our policy lasts 48 hours of delivery. If 48 hours have gone by since the product has been delivered, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.

We'd request you ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we're happy to exchange your product for a replacement, the same product, or a different product of the same value within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

All exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges in case of any manufacturing defects in the product or an incorrect product has been delivered to you.

EXCHANGE OF SIZE 

Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase. If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps: 
  • The exchange will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • All exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your exchange product, shipping charges will be charged to the customer as we try to keep the prices as low as possible and our prices does not include any shipping cost.
  • Custom-made products are not eligible for size exchange.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Discounted items are not eligible for size exchange.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
  • We do not offer Returns and Refunds.
